At G's Kitchen, we're passionate about delivering fresh, delicious cold-pressed juices straight to your door.

To maintain the quality and freshness of our products, we operate scheduled delivery days for both local and nationwide orders.

FREE Local Delivery – DN Postcodes

We offer FREE local delivery to all DN postcodes, with no minimum order value!

Delivery Information:

• Delivery Area: All DN postcodes
• Delivery Day: Every Sunday
• Delivery Cost: FREE
• Minimum Order: None
• Order Cut-Off: Friday at 3:00pm

Orders placed before 3:00pm on Friday will be scheduled for delivery the following Sunday.

Orders placed after this cut-off will be scheduled for the next available Sunday delivery.

Local delivery eligibility is determined by your delivery postcode at checkout.

Nationwide Delivery – DPD Next Day

For customers outside the DN postcode area, we offer nationwide delivery using DPD Next Day.

Delivery Information:

• Dispatch Day: Every Tuesday
• Expected Delivery: Wednesday
• Courier: DPD Next Day
• Delivery Cost: Calculated at checkout
• Order Cut-Off: Friday at 3:00pm

All nationwide orders are dispatched on Tuesdays, with delivery normally expected the following Wednesday.

Please note: DPD Next Day refers to the delivery service used once your order has been dispatched, not the day after you place your order.

Orders placed after Friday's 3:00pm cut-off will be scheduled for the following week's Tuesday dispatch.

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays.

Keeping Your Juices Fresh

Our juices are cold-pressed and high-pressure processed (HPP) to help preserve their freshness and quality.

To enjoy your juices at their best, please follow these storage instructions:

• Refrigerate immediately upon delivery.
• Store between 1°C and 5°C.
• Keep refrigerated until ready to consume.
• Always check the use-by date printed on the bottle.
• Shake well before drinking.

Our juices are perishable products and must be stored correctly to maintain their quality and safety.

Returns & Refunds

Can I Return My Juices?

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

Perishable food products are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right for online purchases.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

We take great care when preparing, packaging and delivering your juices.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

When contacting us, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photographs of the affected products, where possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Where you are legally entitled to a refund or replacement, we will provide the appropriate remedy.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived when expected, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

We'll investigate the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.

If your order arrives in a condition that makes the juices unsafe to consume, please do not drink them and contact us immediately.

Subscription Orders

If you're subscribed to one of our G's Kitchen juice or wellness plans, you can manage your subscription through your customer account or subscription management link.

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled order, please cancel or amend your subscription before its next billing date.

Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel it due to the perishable nature of our products.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an order is faulty, damaged or not as described.
